It’s family. “My mom is an escrow closer and has been with Allegiance for a decade now,” she shares. “When I talk to people about Allegiance, I always say how big family is to us. We’re a family-owned and family-run business, not corporate whatsoever. Our owners are here every single day, and our title attorney is right next door, so we can get answers easily. We make decisions based on our clients’ best interests and we don’t have to climb a corporate ladder.”

That sense of teamwork runs deep. “Our culture is something we’re proud of,” Kiley adds. “We have each other’s backs and take care of our clients like family. This job can be stressful, but we have fun and get it done. Everyone in our office has been part of Allegiance Title for years. We’ve gone through the craziness of real estate together,” she laughs.

“Making sure that everyone is taken care of,” Kiley says without hesitation. “For buyers, this can be the biggest purchase of their lives. It’s the people that drive us. Every one of us has a passion for giving back and taking care of people. That’s our nature.”

Beyond business, Allegiance loves staying connected to the community. “We do different events every year and make decisions in-house, so we can move quickly and creatively,” Kiley says. “It keeps things exciting and personal, rather than just writing a big check.”
With two convenient locations in Tulsa and Owasso, Allegiance continues to expand its reach. “We’re growing residentially and recently hired a commercial closer with 20 years of experience,” Kiley shares. “It’s fun and exciting to deepen our relationships with commercial brokers and agents. Our goal is to be the go-to title company for everything, residential and commercial alike.”
