INSPECTION BROTHERS

When partners Steve Brown and Chase Culver founded Inspection Brothers, their mission was simple but ambitious: to create an inspection company that made the process easier, more efficient, and more informative for both clients and agents. Six years later—with more than 3,000 inspections completed across northeast Oklahoma and southeast Kansas—that mission has become a hallmark of how they do business.

A Comprehensive, One-Stop Solution
From the very beginning, Steve and Chase saw an opportunity to change the way inspections were done. “We wanted to create an all-in-one solution,” Steve explains. “Something that would simplify the process for agents and clients by coordinating everything under one roof.”

That vision became a reality. Today, Inspection Brothers coordinates and performs a wide range of services—from home and commercial inspections as well as coordinating termite, septic, and pool inspections. “We even handle mold testing, standalone sewer scopes, and more,” Chase adds. “Our goal is to make it as easy as possible for the client. Instead of getting five different invoices from five companies, they just get one integrated invoice from us.”

It’s a model that saves clients time, reduces stress, and ensures consistency across every service provided. For agents managing multiple transactions, it’s a game-changer.

Added Value with Every Inspection
Inspection Brothers also offers flexible packages to meet each client’s needs. Alongside their standard inspection service, they’ve developed a premium package that adds two powerful tools: a sewer scope and an infrared thermal scan. “The thermal camera helps us identify things like water leaks or missing insulation that might not be visible to the eye,” Steve says. “Our sewer scope often finds issues in the drain line including blockage, tree roots, and damaged drain material. It’s all about providing additional insight and value.”

This commitment to thoroughness comes from experience. “We’ve seen it all—from brand-new construction to century-old homes,” Chase explains. “You’d be surprised at how many defects we find in new builds. Just because it’s new doesn’t mean it’s perfect. We once inspected a million-dollar home that didn’t even have Freon in the air conditioner.”

Built on Trust and Education
What truly sets Inspection Brothers apart is their focus on education. “We don’t want to scare clients,” Chase says. “We want to educate them. Every inspection is approached as if we’re inspecting our own homes. We leave each property confident that we’ve provided the client with a full understanding of the home’s condition.”

That client-centered mindset also extends to timeliness. “Our reports are usually available within an hour or two after the inspection,” Steve notes. “We understand how tight contract deadlines can be, so we’ve built our systems to deliver information fast without sacrificing quality.”

To streamline things even further, their reporting software allows agents to easily generate a TRR (Treatment, Repairs, and Replacements) list directly from the inspection report. “Through a few clicks, the TRR list can be easily created,” Steve says. “Agents love it because it saves them so much time.”

Teamwork That Delivers
Behind the scenes, the Inspection Brothers team operates with precision and care. In addition to Steve and Chase, who both work as full-time inspectors, the company’s office manager, Abby Muckey, plays a vital role in daily operations. “Abby is fantastic,” Steve says. “She handles scheduling, uploads reports, and ensures that communication is seamless. She’s often the first point of contact, and she keeps everything moving smoothly.”

For larger homes—especially those over 3,500 square feet—Steve and Chase often tackle inspections together. “A big home can take one inspector several hours,” Chase says. “By having two inspectors on-site, we can cut that time significantly. It’s all about respecting everyone’s time, especially the agent’s.”

Family, Faith, and the Great Outdoors
Beyond their busy workdays, both Steve and Chase center their lives on family. Chase and his wife live in Owasso with their two children—a little boy and girl who keep them busy with sports and school activities. “When I’m not inspecting homes, you’ll find me at a softball or T-ball game, or out hunting, fishing, or hiking,” he says. “We just love being outdoors and spending time together.”

For Steve, family time often means travel and visits to see loved ones. “My wife and I have two grown daughters—both married—and two granddaughters down in Austin,” he says. “Spending time with them is one of life’s greatest joys. We also love to travel and explore new places whenever we can.”

A Commitment to the Client’s Best Interest
At the heart of everything they do, the partners share one core philosophy: treat every inspection like it’s their own home. “We want clients and agents alike to know that we have their best interests at heart,” Steve says. “We’re providing a consistent, thorough product every single time.”

That philosophy also inspired their company tagline: “Does Your Dream Home Measure Up?” Every client receives a tape measure as a small token of appreciation—something practical they can use, but also a reminder of the company’s commitment to accuracy, service, and care. “It’s a fun touch,” Chase says. “Clients love it, and agents remember it.”

The Standard of Service
As they look toward the future, Steve and Chase remain focused on continual improvement, expanding their service area, and refining their all-in-one inspection process. “We’re always looking for ways to make things smoother for agents and more informative for buyers,” Chase says. “At the end of the day, this business is about trust—and we take that seriously.”

With more than six years of proven performance and a dedication to quality, Inspection Brothers has built a reputation for reliability, precision, and professionalism—one inspection, one client, and one relationship at a time.
