Long before he was helping investors grow their portfolios or helping families find homes, Jesse Hancock, owner and CEO of Linked Property Group, knew what it felt like to wonder where his own family would sleep. His childhood was marked by instability. There were seasons spent living in a single-wide trailer, months of couch surfing, even time spent in a van and a tent. Home wasn't always a place. Sometimes it was simply wherever his family happened to land next.
Those experiences never left him.
Years later, when Jesse purchased his first home, it represented far more than a real estate transaction. It was a milestone that changed the trajectory of his life.
"Growing up in unstable housing and experiencing homelessness gave me a deep understanding of what a secure home means," Jesse reflects. "To have the ability to help people in that space now feels like something God has redeemed. Being that forward-facing presence in housing and helping people navigate their own transitions, whether renting or buying, is something I am incredibly passionate about."

Founded in 2023 alongside his business partner and CFO, Mindy Smith, Linked Property Group has experienced remarkable expansion. Starting with just 200 properties, the company has grown nearly fourfold to manage almost 650 doors for more than 100 property owners, translating to a positive daily living experience for over 1,000 residents.
Despite growing six or seven times over in just three years, the secret behind their success isn't aggressive marketing. Instead, it stems from organic referrals, word of mouth, and investors expanding their portfolios with a team they trust.
"We are not trying to be the biggest property management company out there," Jesse explains. "Our focus is on staying strategically small enough to serve our owners, protect their investments, and give both owners and tenants an excellent experience."
Jesse emphasizes that this rapid scale is a complete team effort. Behind the scenes, co-owner and CFO Mindy Smith runs accounting, finances, and operational workflows, working alongside key business partner Bryce Bower and Director of Operations Larry Schmidt.
"I couldn't do this without my team," Jesse stresses. "Property management is only as good as your systems and the people behind them." The core leadership team is supported by dedicated property managers and virtual assistants based in the Philippines, creating a combined local and remote network that ensures prompt, attentive service.

Currently managing about 650 doors, with a portion of the rental portfolio he is able to partner with local organizations such as the Tulsa Day Center, Family Promise of Tulsa, the Tulsa Housing Authority, and the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program, the company provides stable housing to individuals working through two-year stabilization programs as they rebuild their lives.
Additionally, as the Managing Broker of Linked Realty, Jesse and Bryce offer comprehensive real estate services. The firm helps renters transition into homeownership, guides investors through deal underwriting, ROI analysis, land acquisitions, and multifamily development purchases, and serves as an invaluable resource for real estate agent partners.
"We don't take clients away from our real estate partners," Jesse clarifies. "Instead, we want agents to use us as a resource. If a listing isn't selling in 90+ days, we can help them convert it into a rental or help their investors evaluate what a property could rent for and whether it will yield a solid ROI."

When he isn't managing assets or underwriting real estate deals, Jesse is a devoted family man. Married for 13 years, he and his wife are parents to nine-year-old twin boys and a six-year-old daughter. Whether he's playing sports, camping, fishing, or hiking, Jesse cherishes spending quality time outdoors with his family.
