“It’s not about numbers to me. It’s about people,” says Angelina Migalyuk of her career in real estate. “Watching a client’s journey and being a part of it reminds me of why I wanted to go into real estate in the first place.” She has a heart to help others.
“I’m grateful every single day to serve, to give, and be a part of someone’s story,” she says.
Road to Real Estate
Before stepping into real estate, Angelina spent six years in the medical field. After having her three children, she took time to stay home and reassess her path. “I didn’t want to go back to work,” she admits. “Then I stepped into real estate and fell in love with it, and I’ve been going ever since.” Her medical background shows up in her work today. “I’m very detail-oriented and very honest, even when it’s not what someone wants to hear.”
Setting Herself Apart
Based in Owasso, Oklahoma, Angelina has been licensed for three years, but her work stretches far beyond her home base. “I work all over,” she says. “I’ll drive two hours to Oklahoma City for showings and I love what I do.” Recently, she’s been working with an increasing number of out-of-state buyers, including clients relocating from places like Michigan. “We do virtual showings on FaceTime, they go under contract, and I officially meet them when they move here. It’s a really neat process.”
What truly sets Angelina apart is her dual expertise. After earning her real estate license, she became a general contractor, a strategic move inspired by her clients.
“A lot of families wanted new construction homes,” she explains. “I enjoy being around builders, and I wanted to be able to help them from start to finish.” Today, she builds and remodels homes, manages subcontractors, and guides clients through buying, designing, and constructing their dream homes, all under one roof.
“I work with buyers, sellers, and investors,” Angelina says. “I really enjoy doing it all.” She’s currently managing several custom builds while continuing to grow her real estate business across Oklahoma and Minnesota, where she is also licensed.
Angelina has a particular heart for first-time homebuyers and families relocating to the area. “I love learning their stories,” she says. “I stay in touch. I send gifts during the holidays. I really love my clients.” For her, real estate goes far beyond a transaction. “It felt like the perfect way to help families beyond just selling a house. I wanted to combine building, design, and real estate into one career.”
Balancing two states, custom construction, and a growing brand might sound overwhelming, but Angelina thrives under pressure. “When there’s a lot going on, that’s when I feel calm and productive,” she says. “I do my best work when I’m helping others.”
Angelina is also intentional about building her brand and connecting with her community. Much of her business comes from social media, especially Facebook, and she’s now working with a media company to create short-form video content. A recent opportunity even brought a childhood dream full circle. “When I was 10 years old, my dream was to be on a billboard,” she says. “Now the opportunity came up and that’s pretty surreal.”
Family First
Family is at the center of everything she does. With three children (ages 9, 6, and 3), Angelina credits a strong support system for making it all work. “It takes a village,” she says. “We’ve never done daycare. Between grandparents, family, and friends, we make it work.” And when plans change? “If my mom is busy, the kids come with me. Or my husband or a friend from church steps in. We’re always together.”
Outside of work, Angelina stays deeply connected to her faith and her family. “Faith is everything to me,” she says. She’s active in her church, sings in the worship group, and remains closely involved in her father’s ministry center. Snow days, family time, and church life fill the moments when she’s not working, though, as she admits with a smile, “When I’m not working, I’m usually still working.”
Future
Looking ahead, Angelina’s vision is clear. “I want to build more custom homes, grow my personal brand, and help more families,” she says. She’s focused on long-term relationships, not quick deals. “Most agents sell a home and never see their clients again. That’s not how I want to do this.”
For Angelina, real estate is about service to her clients, connecting with them long after the papers are signed and the keys are handed over. She has a heart to help others and will do whatever it takes to get the job done, helping countless clients in the process.
