“I never imagined in my life that I would be a REALTOR®,” laughs Brooke Burger. “A friend in real estate said that I would make a really good real estate agent.” It turns out that they were right!
With her sales background and natural people skills, it’s the perfect career. “I love helping families,” she explains. For Brooke, guiding clients is a chance to walk alongside people during life-changing moments.
From Tulsa Roots to Life Lessons
Brooke was born in Tulsa and raised in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. She began college at Oral Roberts University before finishing her studies at a private design school in Tulsa. She has lived in Glenpool, Sapulpa, Tulsa, and now calls Bixby home with her husband Hayden.
Life has shaped Brooke in ways both beautiful and painful. The defining moment came with the loss of her twin daughters, Calliope and Camille. “You can let it drown you—or you can let it redirect your life,” she reflects. Through faith, Brooke found a way to move forward, channeling grief into purpose. Already working in real estate, she discovered a deeper calling: helping families, entrepreneurs, and developers navigate their own journeys with care and integrity.
“Real estate took on a whole new meaning,” she says. “I walk alongside families in all seasons—some separating, some growing, some building businesses or developing cities. Every interaction carries weight and significance.”
Building a Career with Heart
Brooke has spent almost a decade in real estate, with career sales nearing $100 million and $15.5 million closed last year alone. Her approach to business is unconventional yet highly effective.
She leads Burger & Co. Realty Group, founded in 2020. “I didn’t plan to start a team,” Brooke admits. “Two agents approached me, and I realized I could help others while managing my own growing business.” Her team operates collaboratively; she doesn’t hand out leads or operate like a traditional team, but instead fosters mentorship, training, and skill development. “Our goal is to improve competency and culture in the community of real estate,” she says.
Before real estate, Brooke worked in interior design, crafting gallery spaces in Tulsa. The transition to real estate, especially new construction, allowed her to combine her eye for detail with her love of people. “It finalized how much I loved this career,” she says.
Faith and Family at the Center
Brooke’s life has been filled with challenges that tested her faith and resilience. She navigated a divorce, parted ways with business partners, and balances multiple ventures with her husband—including a horse racing and breeding business, a renovation team, and Beacon Advantage, a plumbing and home services company. “Entrepreneurship demands problem-solving and resilience every day,” she says. “Our phones start ringing at 7 a.m. and don’t stop until 8 p.m. It’s constant.”
They also are a foster home, currently caring for four children—two biological (ages five and eight) and two foster children (ages two and three). “We are kind of insane,” she laughs. “We are definitely not bored over here.” How does she manage it all? “Lots of Jesus. Loads of grace,” Brooke says.
Hayden, her husband, is also an insurance broker. Together, their lives are full—real estate, insurance, horses, renovations, children, and faith. Brooke credits God for putting incredible people in their lives who share their values. “I can feel confident that any partner or team member will uphold the same mission,” Brooke says.
Brooke and Hayden’s love story is as unique as their life together. Both strong personalities and goal-driven, they share a home bustling with activity. Their wedding was a simple courthouse ceremony in a field, officiated by an ordained minister friend. “We didn’t even get engaged,” Brooke laughs. “We were making business and life decisions together. It just made sense. This is the man I want to build a life with and father our children.” Little did they know that the very spot where they got married would become a wedding chapel a year later!
A Passion for Helping Others Win
Brooke describes herself as a “Red personality” and Enneagram 3—competitive, ambitious, and driven. But her competitiveness is always paired with a desire to serve. “Life is too short for people to settle or not reach their full capacity,” she says. “Whether it’s helping a client sell their home for top dollar, guiding an agent to a breakthrough, or seeing a family flourish, my biggest passion is helping people win. And win BIG.”
Outside of work, Brooke’s passions extend to family and community. She cooks daily for her family, bakes sourdough, tends a large vegetable and flower garden, and cares for over 100 animals on their property. She volunteers for their children’s school and enjoys hosting friends and family in their home. She also serves on the board of the Tulsa Girls Home, mentoring young women in need.
A Woman of Faith
For aspiring real estate agents, Brooke’s advice is rooted in diligence, authenticity, and consistency. “Early in my career, I focused on serving clients with care and integrity. Everything else followed,” she says. Her business is referral-based, built on trust and faithful work, a reflection of her values.
“The Bible talks about sowing and reaping, and keeping your hands busy,” Brooke explains. “Faith without works is dead. Showing up every day, even when it’s hard, is what separates good agents from great ones. Diligence makes the difference between the all-time greats and the one-hit wonders. Clients don’t see the chaos; they see your consistency and diligence.”
Her favorite Scripture guides her daily life and work:
“Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength. These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts. Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.” – Deuteronomy 6:5-7
Brooke has been among the top 100 agents in her region for several years. “People ask how I do it. The truth is, I do the same thing every day,” she says. “Real estate has become second nature. I can recite contracts word for word—new construction, residential, commercial. The consistency pays off, and it’s grounded in faith, discipline, and a commitment to excellence.”
Living a Life of Faith and Purpose
For Brooke Burger, faith is the foundation of everything. Every transaction, every family, and every challenge is approached with prayer, purpose, and perseverance. “The Lord has been so good to us,” she says tearfully. “He’s placed incredible people in our lives who align with our values and expand our mission.”
Brooke isn’t just a top-producing REALTOR®. She is a woman of faith, resilience, and vision, living fully in her family, business, and community. With God at the center of her life, anything is possible.
