Kaleb Wright

When Kaleb Wright walks into a room, he brings the kind of energy that instantly commands attention—not just because he once set a world record for snapping 5 major league standard baseball bats, ripping five phone books, and bending five frying pans in just over a minute on live TV.

Sure, that feat at the Tulsa State Fair in 2015 made headlines, but it’s what Kaleb has built since then that really makes an impression.

Building Forward

Today, Wright is the broker and owner of Coyote Co. Realty, a high-volume brokerage based in Oklahoma. Licensed since August 2019, he has quickly become a name to watch in rural and residential real estate. With $15.5 million in personal sales across 79 transactions in 2024 alone—and $23 million across 108 transactions company-wide—Kaleb isn’t just flexing physical muscle anymore. He’s flexing entrepreneurial muscle, too.

But Kaleb’s journey to real estate wasn’t linear. In 2014, he was traveling with the Power Team, a group known for feats of strength and motivational speaking. “I love smashing things,” he laughs, “but I realized I needed to build something, not just break things.” Around that time, Kaleb met his now-wife, Chloe. “I thought, ‘Okay, I’ve got to figure out how to build a future. I need to learn about money.’”

Getting His Start

He started diving into books on financial literacy and quickly became fascinated by real estate investing. “I didn’t have any money to invest, but I loved talking to people,” he says. “Selling houses was a natural fit.”

That people-first attitude is a big part of Kaleb’s success. “I love solving problems,” he explains. “Especially in rural real estate. When you’re selling a ranch that hasn’t been sold in 70 years, there are title issues, land disputes, easements—it gets complicated. But I like digging into it, figuring it out, and helping clients move forward.”

Positive Energy

That athletic mindset he honed from years of competition still drives him today. “I’m a competitive guy. I want to win, and I want my clients to win. It’s all about putting in the work and staying consistent.”

Kaleb brings that same energy to everything he does. In addition to running his brokerage, he owns a construction company, manages a portfolio of rental properties, and is currently learning to fly an airplane. “I love to work,” he admits. “But I also love spending time with my family—my wife Chloe, my son Weston, my daughter Lucy, and we’ve got a third on the way.”

Weekends often involve loading up the kids on ATVs and UTVs and heading out into the Oklahoma countryside. “It’s the simple things. Watching my kids grow up, teaching them values, showing them that you can work hard and build something meaningful—that’s what drives me.”

In 2024, Kaleb also added “author” to his résumé with the release of his book Rural Real Estate Investing, a no-nonsense guide for aspiring investors and agents alike. “There just wasn’t much out there about buying and selling in small towns or agricultural areas. I wanted to create a resource that reflects the real-life challenges and opportunities in rural markets.”

And if you ask Kaleb what advice he gives new agents, it’s refreshingly simple: “Talk with everyone you know. Tell them what you do. Be real. If you’re comfortable talking with people, the sales will follow. This business is all about relationships.”

Committed to Giving His Best

At the core of Kaleb’s success is an unshakable commitment to honesty and hustle. “I want people to remember me as an honest guy who gets things done. I don’t sugarcoat things. I tell my clients what’s really going on, even if it’s not what they want to hear. That trust matters.”

With a growing brokerage, multiple businesses, and a family at home, Kaleb Wright is the definition of driven. Whether he’s closing deals, flying planes, or just ripping through another challenge, one thing’s clear: when Kaleb Wright sets his sights on something, he doesn’t just chase it—he smashes right through it.
