When Aaron and Joy Seale started Seale Home Inspections in 2018, they didn’t just create a company—they built a family-centered business grounded in honesty, education, and service. What began as Aaron’s transition out of roofing quickly evolved into a thriving inspection firm known for consistency, communication, and care.
From Roofs to Reports
Aaron’s background in roofing and construction gave him a natural understanding of homes from the inside out. “I’d been in roofing and low-voltage wiring for years,” he explains. “So I already knew how homes were built and what to look for. I thought I’d do inspections part-time, but I just fell in love with it. Within a few months, I decided to go full-time.”
Since then, the business has grown steadily, with a strong reputation throughout Oklahoma for thorough inspections and clear, client-focused service. Today, the firm includes Aaron, fellow inspector Dylan, and Operations Manager Alicia—all dedicated to providing a seamless experience for every client.
A Perfect Partnership
Behind every great business is great balance, and that’s exactly what Joy brings to the team. As both Aaron’s wife and the company’s Chief Financial Officer, Joy helps keep Seale Home Inspections running smoothly. “I also own a fractional CFO firm,” she says with a laugh. “So it just made sense that I’d handle the financial side here. I get to work with my husband and do what I love.”
Working together might not be for every couple, but for the Seales, it’s a perfect fit. “It’s nice to have someone who truly understands what you’re going through,” Joy says. “Running a business isn’t easy, but we get to do it together. We’re partners in every sense of the word.”
Aaron agrees. “Having her as both my wife and my business partner means I always have someone who understands the wins and the challenges,” he says. “It keeps me grounded, and it helps us both maintain a good work-life balance.”
Consistency and Communication
Ask any real estate agent what makes Seale Home Inspections stand out, and they’ll likely point to the consistency and clarity that Aaron and his team deliver. “Whether it’s me or Dillon on-site, clients get the same experience,” Aaron says. “We provide a thorough inspection, but more importantly, we communicate the information in a way that educates without overwhelming.”

That thoughtful communication extends beyond the inspection itself. “We tell clients and agents all the time: if questions come up later, call us,” Aaron adds. “We’d rather take the time to walk through something than leave anyone unsure. We’re here to help people feel comfortable with one of the biggest purchases they’ll ever make.”

While many inspection companies focus solely on the basics, Seale Home Inspections goes further—offering a full suite of ancillary services that simplify the process for clients and agents alike. “We handle septic inspections, sewer scopes, air duct scopes, and even our own termite inspections,” Aaron says. “The only thing we subcontract is structural engineer inspections, but even then, we coordinate it all.”
That wide range of services comes from years of specialized training. Aaron is certified through the National Association of Wastewater Technicians for septic inspections—one of only three inspectors in Oklahoma to hold that certification. “When we say we know what we’re talking about, we really mean it,” he says. “We’ve worked hard to become experts across all the areas that matter most.”
Beyond the Business
When they’re not helping clients navigate home purchases, Aaron and Joy are pursuing another shared passion—acting. “It started as something fun with a friend who’s a filmmaker,” Joy says. “But we wanted to take it seriously, so we started classes, got agents, and fell in love with it.”
At home, their husky Livie keeps them company and adds plenty of personality to their days. “She’s our kid,” Joy jokes. “We’re those people.”
